discover scuba diving

Have you never tried scuba diving, but would like to try? Then the Discover Scuba Diving program is perfect for you!
The Discover Scuba Diving program is designed for beginner divers.
The experience lasts about 3 hours and includes three main steps:
1. Briefing: Your instructor will explain the basics of scuba diving, equipment use, and safety rules.
2. Shallow water session: Take your first breaths underwater and practice a few simple skills in shallow water.
3. Guided open-water dive: Enjoy a guided dive in open water, with a maximum depth of 6 meters.
Discover Scuba Diving is always conducted by a certified PADI professional, ensuring a safe and enjoyable first diving experience.

refresher dive
Duration: 1 hour

Suited for: Certified, inactive divers
If you are a certified diver and you would like to join our boat dives, but have not gone diving for a year, or more, a Refresher Dive is required.
During the session, we will review the diving equipment as well as the theory from your previous courses.
We will then enter the water from the shore to practice basic skills and complete an easy dive to refresh your abilities.
The refresher dive ensures that you are comfortable, safe, and ready to participate in our boat dives or continue with your next certification.
All refresher dives are conducted by a certified PADI professional.

An entry-level certification for those with limited time. This is an intermediate step toward the Open Water Diver certification.
Course Structure:
Knowledge Development: Completion of the first three sections of the PADI manual.
Confined Water Dives: Three training sessions to learn basic scuba skills. Open Water Dives: Two ocean dives under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. Certification: Qualified to dive to 12 meters under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional.
*This certification can be upgraded to Open Water Diver at any time.

The PADI Open Water Diver course is broken down into three easy-to-follow phases
Phase 1: Knowledge Development (Theory) First, you’ll learn the "how-to" and the "why" of scuba diving. You can do this at your own pace through PADI eLearning before you even arrive at the shop. We’ll cover everything from how water pressure affects your body to how to choose the best gear.
Phase 2: Confined Water Dives (The Training Pool) This is where the magic starts! In a calm, shallow environment (like a pool or a sheltered bay), you’ll take your first breaths underwater. Our instructors will teach you essential skills, like clearing water from your mask and basic buoyancy, until you feel 100% confident.
Phase 3: Open Water Dives (The Big Adventure) This is what you came for! Over four dives in the beautiful waters of Tolo, you’ll apply what you’ve learned and explore the local marine life. By the fourth dive, you’ll be swimming with ease, and we'll be there to celebrate as you officially become a certified diver.

Elevate your skills and expand your horizons. The Advanced Open Water course is all about exploration, excitement, and experiences. You don’t have to be “advanced” to take it - it’s designed to advance your diving after your Open Water certification.
The course consists of five adventure dives, including:
One Deep Dive: Learn the techniques for diving in the deeper range of 18-30 meters.
One Underwater Navigation Dive: Fine-tune your compass skills and learn to find your way using natural landmarks.
Three Specialty Dives: Choose from options like Peak Performance Buoyancy, Fish ID, or Night Diving to customize your learning.
There is no exam—just a focus on gaining more time in the water under the guidance of our PADI professionals.
